We can flag practical travel considerations, but medical advice should come from a qualified clinician or travel-health service, ideally with enough time before departure to complete any recommended preparation.

Send us the updated flight details as soon as you have them. Where possible, transfers and the first part of the itinerary can be adjusted around the new arrival time. Any additional costs or rebooking requirements depend on the airline, property, transfer, and booking terms involved.

Wild animals should always be treated as wild. Game drives and camp activities are conducted according to the rules of the park, conservancy, guide, and property. Guests should remain inside vehicles when instructed, never approach or feed wildlife, and follow staff directions around camps, particularly after dark.

Road conditions vary considerably by region and season. Where road transfers are part of an itinerary, we plan realistic journey times and use suitable vehicles and drivers. In some cases a domestic flight may be the more practical option, and we can discuss that while designing the trip.

Yes. Solo travellers can have a fully planned private itinerary with airport transfers, guides, accommodation, and internal transport arranged in advance. If travelling alone is a concern, tell us early so we can design the journey with fewer unstructured transfers and clearer meet-and-assist points.
